Text Editor

I did some testing with some of the updated WYSIWYG editors. Many are too 'heavy' showing too many buttons for most users. I opted to stay with the editor I've used all along since it is rather light-weight (to load) but just added some more buttons to extend its usefulness.

I'm also abandoning the Image Assist module as it's caused me too much grief and I was unaware that you could add the 'industry-standard' IMCE to the toolbar I've been using.
