Wacom Cintiq 21ux rebates

Today Wacom is implementing a $500.00 USD rebate to end users for any Cintiq21UX purchased March 1st, 2008-April 30th, 2008. Please pass along the below information to any customers that have purchased within this timeframe.

How you can request and obtain the rebate:

  1. Register your product
  2. Print rebate form found here
  3. Complete form and mail with copy of purchase receipt or invoice to:Cintiq21UX Rebate • 16420 SE McGillivray • Suite 103 • PMB 169 • Vancouver, WA 98683
  4. Mailed rebate requests must be postmarked no later than June 18, 2008.
  5. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your customers to receive their rebates.
